Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy – The Natural Approach to Health and Well-Being

About Me
My name is Lindsay Powers and I practice in the Portsmouth and Southsea areas in Hampshire, UK.

I am a full member of the Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA) and Associate Naturopath with the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).

I have professional liability insurance and hold a current DBS (formally CRB) certificate.

I offer one-to-one consultations in Nutritional Therapy for those seeking to improve their health and wellbeing through diet and lifestyle adjustments.

Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy; including supervised Clinical Practice
  • Diploma in Nutritional Advice
  • Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology

I am committed to a programme of Continued Professional Development (CPD), which includes regular attendance at seminars and training courses. I also keep up to date with current trends and research in the Naturopathic and Nutritional Therapy fields.

I am currently embarking on an Advanced Diploma course in Iridology, which I am hoping to bring into my practice in the near future.

I left a demanding career in business over 10 years ago to be a full time mum to my two daughters. During this time I developed an interest in healthy eating as I began to research food and nutrition for my children. Taking this one step further I decided to turn this new found passion for nutrition into something more formal and completed my Diplomas with the Natural Healthcare College in Devon.

I passionately believe that we all have the power to take an active interest in our health and well-being, with healthy eating being at the core of this philosophy.
