This is magic stuff and one of my favourite inexpensive remedies for a variety of ailments. Look for a product that contains the ‘mother’ which looks like a bit of sediment floating in the vinegar. Take a look at the list, but can be used from many conditions from warts to muscle aches and pains. I always have a bottle in the house to support general health and well-being for the whole family.
